Connections

New York Times has a game called Connections. The first time we played, we thought it might be easy, but after playing a few times, we might think differently. We like it, and hope the newspaper adds it to their daily collection of games like Wordle, Spelling Bee, and Letter Boxed. In the new game, you "group words that share a common thread." Click here to give it a try.

Arty Agent

Arty Agent is a quick addictive game from the Math is Fun website. In the game, you try to match a picture with one of four choices. Click on your guess, get it right, and you're instantly given the next set of pictures. Get it wrong, and you can guess again, but the timer moves forward faster. The game is found under HTML 5 Games on the website. While the game is obviously geared to the younger set, adults might just find some interesting challenges here, also. click here to give it a try.

Visual Memory Test

The Visual Memory Test from Human Benchmark is addicting. Maybe, it's because we think we did pretty good, until we save our scores, and see how we have done compared to others. You might have a great score right away, though. There's only one way to find out. Just so you'll know, you don't have to click the blocks in sequence, just remember the blocks that light up. The highest level we've seen completed is level 11. Click here to give it a try.

Quick, Draw!

In this game from the Google Labs and Data Arts team, you are given an object to draw. The neural network then tries to guess what you're drawing. The drawing game was built with machine learning, and if you're not sure what that means, google it! The simple game is really quite addictive. You can read more about it, but you should just play it. To try Quick, Draw! click here or the picture.

Stick Man

Stick Man is an interesting game from Multiplication.com. You can click anywhere on the screen, and a stick will start growing. Hold the clicker on the mouse until you think the stick is just the right length to fall on the next obstacle. If it is not the right length, let's just say, you'll see what happens. Just be warned that the stick grows fast. Play the game a few times and you will get the idea. This site has a lot of neat games. As you might notice, they are not all about multiplication. click here or the picture to play.

Hangman

This Hangman game is one of the best that we have found. The game from Coolmath Games has great graphics, sounds, and just a good overall feel. The site, Coolmath Games, has some really good little games that might appeal to young and old alike. You could opt for the premium paid version if you don't like the ads. You can also just watch an ad to play the game full screen. We like the choices. So, if you like this game, you should try to check out some of the site's other games. Click here to play.
